VW Festival is a three day, family festival in Leeds celebrating all things Volkswagen.

Role:

Event Manager

Responsibilities:

Pre Event & Office roles:

  • Assist Marketing manager with design collateral, updating websites & social media

  • Support Trade manager to ensure all relevant paperwork is present & correct

  • Assist company Director with managing suppliers & administrative tasks

 Onsite roles:

  • Onsite project management support to ensure infrastructure & signage is sited safely

  • Event steward & gate supervision

  • Office management, accreditation & event control support

  • Production office support to festival organisers
